It was incredibly cold doing this video....I think you can see my ears and nose start to turn red as the video progresses and it is only a couple of minutes!!
Well what can I say, Nick you are so great staying out in the cold for that long and stating the true facts about Real Estate Investing. I hope I would catch your bug of knowledge sooooon!!

I could not agree with you more. Staying in the game is so important.
If we outsource everything, we lose insight as to what is going on.
Ultimately, we are accountable for our properties and our business.
Sometimes we learn this hard lesson when we in fact outsource EVERYTHING and then realize that we have lost control.

I totally agree with your point, there is a limit to the amount of outsourcing you can do without having to stay VERY on top of things. Usually, the lesson is learned once it is too late.
I should stop worrying about real estate for a second and go buy some gloves!!
