That's Nick and myself after finalizing some of the guest speakers for the big event on Saturday, April 6, 2024.
We have some pretty amazing guest speakers coming out.
And the theme is going to be fun ... we're going Indiana Jones for this one.
Instead of "Temple of Doom" think "Temple of Fiat" and you'll be in the right mind space for this! LOL.
And if you're too young to know about Indiana Jones then it's time to study up on your movie history ... these are classics for Generation X.
Indiana Jones running from the boulder chasing him down still applies today ... except the boulder is the rolling crushing devastation of M2 debasement chasing us down!!
We need to run ... and we need to run fast!!
So you see, what is old applies again to all of us today.
And in real estate, something old has been coming up again and again lately.
You see, back in 2006 Nick and I stumbled into an investing strategy with real estate that we thought was mythical ... as in, it could never possibly work.
But not only did it work, but it worked so well that we helped work on over 2,000+ investment properties using the "rent-to-own" strategy.
And I can't believe how often it's coming up again.
Apparently what's old is new again.
This strategy worked back then because rates were "relatively high" ... like they are now ... and we were looking for ways to create "cash flow" when almost everyone around us was saying it was impossible ... like they are now.
If you're not familiar with this strategy we're going to change all that...
On Wednesday, March 6 at 12:00pm sharp I'm personally going to host a LIVE "Introduction to Rent-to-Own" Class.
In about 30-45 minutes we'll break down how the strategy works, on what properties it works well, and, perhaps more importantly, which properties to avoid this with!!

They are a cross between a "buy and hold" and a "flip" because you're owning them like a rental but build-in a "buy out price" where you can possibly be selling them in 3 years.

Rent-to-own has been around for a long, long time.
The older gentleman that we bought one of our first properties off of was using it in the 1970s and 1980s.
It's a time-tested strategy and can work for the investor and "tenant buyer" if done right.
