Well, it's been almost 20 years since we started this.
I quit my job, Nick quit his job, and we started the journey of trying to help Canadians add good assets to their lives.
And the story continues on!!
That's Nick hosting the "Introduction to Rock Star & Real Estate" class last night.

Over the years we've worked with thousands of Canadians.
Investors have purchased billions in real estate through Rock Star. Yes, billions.

Before this business, we also lived through...
The 1990 real estate debacle.
The "Tech Boom" of the late 1990s.
The "Tech Crash" of the early 2000s.
The Real Estate rush of the mid-2000s.
We've also held real estate investments in the family since the 1990s.
If you count the flipping our father was doing in the 1980s and the rooming house rental our mom was managing in the 1970s... it's 56 years of real estate experience as a family.
So we've seen a few things.
And what we're seeing now is unlike anything we've seen before.
We don't say that lightly.
Look, the Industrial Revolution was a big deal. It started slowly but it eventually replaced "muscle and bone" in favour of machines.
Railroads, factories, electricity... game-changing.
What was left was "human intelligence".
We went to college and university to get a piece of paper proving that we had intelligence worthy of a "career".
Today we have Artificial Intelligence challenging that system.
This began back in the early 2000s and now its hitting an inflection point.
Just as human muscle was replaced by machines, human intelligence is being replaced by bots.
Some will laugh this off.
Those will be the same people that laughed off email, Amazon.com, YouTube, Netflix, Google, SpaceX, and Tesla.
Here's what we believe...
No one knows how the next few years will unfold. NO ONE.
But we can tell you this... when you identify a "big trend" early, you can really ride it and profit wildly.
We saw this with tech in the late 1990s.
Heck, I worked at a company that IPO'd for $1 Billion on the NYSE in late 2007.
We saw this in real estate starting in the early 2000s.
We were buying single family homes for $145K back in 2005.
Those properties today are worth $750K and cash flowed every day for the last 19 years.
