Well it's a wrap!
We pulled off our first full-day YLYT Event ever.
Thank you to the 1,100+ of you that came out to spend Saturday with us.
And to the 150 VIPs who came out Friday evening as well! Our Friday evening panel with all the speakers was fantastic.
And to the amazing sponsors!!
The bagpipes played, important information was shared, new relationships were made and we walked away feeling grateful that we get to live this life the way we are.
Our marketing and membership team pulled off a minor miracle organizing this one.
We have some decisions to make for the next YLYT Event. We may have to cap guests differently and keep the event to a nice and cozy group of let's say 800-900 or so...that gives us a lot more venue options.
We'll see.
For now the internal teams here at Rock Star can rest and recover.
But not for long...

Some decades have slower M2 Money Supply growth and some have higher as shown above.
And once you've been around for a while it becomes obvious when the money is flowing fast and furious from the banking system, it's exactly at those moments where the real estate game turns from "investing" and into "speculation".
People believe prices will go up forever and forget about the fundamentals of cash flow, income, and expenses.
So there are times where the "investors" dominate and there are times where the "speculators" dominate.
And it's heavily correlated to the ease of access to new dollars.

So the next time the "speculation" hits, just remember that real investors are enjoying the appreciation during those times but are a bit more hesitant to act.
When speculation isn't happening, like now, the real estate investors have their eyes peeled for opportunities.
Here's something else you want to be paying attention to...
Savvy real estate investors are now combining Bitcoin into their real estate.
At the YLYT Event, one of the best thinkers in the space, Leon Wankum, shared how Bitcoin on the balance sheet of real estate development projects is game changing.
Not only does it increase the returns of longer term projects...
It can simultaneously provide more capital to be used for property maintenance and reduce the stress of any vacancies.
He is breaking the mold with his analysis.
You'll want to keep an eye on Leon over the next few years.
