Hey everyone, this is Keith.
I’m the Marketing Manager here at Rock Star.
Tom and Nick are with their families up in Blue Mountain getting a much deserved break.
So I took it upon myself to write this week’s message - my first ever!
It seems like the world has already gotten back into the grind.
We're four days into the new year and it seems everyone is busy with work or 2024 goals.
I’ve taken a very different approach this year.
For the first time in a long time, I took a step back from my job and my side hustles to spend some quality time with my family.
Let me tell you…it felt really good.
For once I got the chance to slow down and reflect on 2023.
If you asked about my ‘moment’ of 2023, then it would be the picture you see above.
That’s me taking the citizenship oath to finally become a Canadian Citizen.
This was a goal I set for myself in the year 2016 and it finally happened in 2023.
I had to make many sacrifices, leaving a big part of my life behind in India to achieve this dream.
My wife’s support in all this was critical, because she's not a big fan of Canadian winters, but she saw the big picture.

Some goals are not meant to be achieved in a year.
They take their time but it is important that you set them now so that you can achieve them in the future.
One of my biggest goals that I set for myself is to be financially free…to live life on my terms.
If you’re on this list you probably raised your hand at some point for this exact same goal.
But what does it really take to live life on our own terms?
Growing up I never learnt about money and owning assets. Our family never spoke about these things.
But working here at Rock Star for a little over 4 years now, I’ve learnt more about money than I did in my last 30 years.
It’s crystal clear to me now that to live life on my terms, I need to:
These will help me live life on my own terms and achieve my ultimate goal of spending most of my time with my family.
Unless I win the lottery, I know that this is the only way.
I say this with confidence because I see a lot of our Rock Star Inner Circle members achieve this in real life.
They have been a great source of inspiration in my journey to achieve financial freedom.
They all started with this one class and eventually made their way to financial freedom one house at a time.
Listen, I know this may sound complicated...
But if you want to ensure a stress-free future, then you have to set the goal now and start working towards it.
Take it from an over-thinker.
My resolution for this year is to stop overthinking and just do it.
Trust me, I am getting a lot of work done with this new motto.
