OK, so I may have a small addiction.
Years ago I dropped all bread and grains for about 2.5 years. And over the next 10 years I've limited them.
But over the last year I discovered Eataly's sourdough bread.
Now before you tell me your sourdough baker is the best...you got to try Eataly's.
My goodness, it's incredible and yes, I've tried many.
Freshly cut, good quality, prosciutto with that sourdough dipped in real olive oil is the most amazing meal.
Like 10 out of 10 amazing.
Today, I'm in downtown Toronto for a couple of meetings and magically found my way to Eataly to grab a fresh loaf of the golden Eataly bread, LOL.

This week we've gotta keep things short.
