Mikhail Prokhorov is one of those guys.
His 60 Minutes interview is on YouTube and it's worth a watch.

It's super interesting and very instructive. We don't believe the same conditions are going to happen in North America anytime soon ... but it's best to be prepared and know about these things, no?

Dan Pink is the author of, Drive: The Surprising Truth About What Motivates Us, and is this TED talk he summarizes the book beautifully.
If you've been struggling with motivation this may give you a few answers.
It's a short talk and well worth the time to watch.
I noticed exactly the phenomenon he explains when managing a super aggressive software sales team a while back.
The other videos were a tad heavy ... this one just makes you feel good.
