OK look we're obviously big believers in income properties. But there's no doubt dealing with real estate can sometimes be a royal pain in the rear. Not only do you deal with banks, lawyers, strange repair requests, unexpected phone calls, etc. etc. ... when you look at the data you realize owning good assets is still the way to go.
