Rock Star Heads Up Show #1: Kitec Plumbing in GTA Houses & Condos with Special Guest Mark Griffin

We're going to start a "Heads Up" series for real estate related issues that pop up now and then, this is one of those. Kitec Plumbing wasn't something we were aware of even a year ago. Now we see it popping up in home inspections with houses and condos built from 1995 - 2007 (not all of them by any means). This plumbing has some faults that investors and home-owners should be aware of. On this episode of The Your Life! Your Terms! Show we break it all down with special guest Mark Griffin from GHI Developments, www.GHIDevelopments.org
