Floyd Marinescu has been an accomplished entrepreneur and investor. That birthed curiosity into thinking about non-mainstream solutions to help Canadians struggling with their income and housing needs, ultimately leading to the birth of two organizations focused on these issues. Now much of his time is spent working with the ideas of UBIWorks.ca and CommonWealth.ca.
