We wouldn't call it real estate investing at all, but as Matt said, it CAN be a way to inject some liquid cash into your life IF you really know what you're doing! Matt only had the confidence to flip this home because he's built up a strong cash-flowing portfolio of homes to give him a safe conservative asset base to rely on.
