We definitely get obsessed with stuff but you gotta check out these two maps. The first is the Greater Golden Horseshoe as it is now. The second is 25 years from today with the current population growth trend (by the Provincial Government) built into it. This is exactly why we feel over the next ten years we all still have a chance to buy and own real estate assets in this area but after that it's going to get very difficult.
