OK, so I have an addiction.
I'm addicted to....good steaks, LOL.
We were hosting over the weekend and I decided to serve the steaks family style.
I'm a medium-rare Ribeye guy but I find with family style I can mix in some strip-loins, some tenderloin and cook them to different temperatures to accommodate everyone.
I'm also pretty particular on my salt...we'll save that for another day.
If you've been following us recently we must be going through a food phase.
Sourdough, olive oil, meat, salt...we're going to have to open up the Rock Star BBQ Bistro soon enough.
Anyway, as we all get deep into enjoying the summer we wanted to share something that is just as valuable as a good cash flowing rental property or gold or beautiful Bitcoin.
And what could that possibly be?
Our mindset.
Taking control of our thinking, our beliefs, and our perspective on business and life has been game changing for us.
We're going to share a very small rapid fire set of some of our favourites.
Ready?
Let's go...
Money is attracted to speed. More implementation, less invention.
Watch what works in other industries and apply it to yours.
Opinions hold no value. Facts matter. Data over guesses. What customers say they want isn't always what they actually want.
Do original research. Your own accurate thinking on a subject matter provides a competitive advantage. The vast majority of your competition is lazy in this regard.
Constantly work on your self image. If you find it difficult to ask for money it's a sign that you don't hold a strong, positive self-image.
Work on both present income and future income every-single-day, without exception. Businesses or people with no new income today is because they only focused on present income yesterday.
Motion beats meditation. The modern era has fooled people to think otherwise.
Never have a single point of failure...ever. Not in cash flow, professionals, customer acquisition, etc.
Shit hits the fan. That's normal. That's life. Whoever deals with the most of it...wins. Dealing with a lot of crap simply means you're doing a lot of stuff.
You only need 1,000 true fans.
Great ideas don't fix crappy math.
Your competition uses tactics. You should use principles.
There is no need to climb one rung at a time. Leapfrog.
The majority is always wrong.

This is a tiny sample of stuff. We have pages and pages of this!
We've found that accurate thinking with a strong, positive self-image is a cheat code to living life on your terms.
If you're struggling with this, spend some time working on it.
If you're trying to achieve peace of mind and are struggling, the best book we can recommend is Psycho-Cybernetics by Maxwell Maltz.
We have had so much great feedback about that one.
By the way, when we focused on improving our mindset, groups of people around us laughed at it and laughed at us.
Let me tell you, they're not laughing now.
We take improving your mindset very seriously.
Anyhoo, there you have it.
Some good food for your brain.
Now mix in some good food for your stomach and your summer will be humming along perfectly!!
And by the way...our last LIVE and in-person real estate training class for the next little while is tonight at 7:00 pm.
There are still a couple of seats left. You can save one of them at this link here.
We're capped on the seats we have for this because we host it in our Rock Star offices.
If you'd like to come by, grab your seat right now before we're maxxed out!!
Talk soon!
