Rents are absolutely exploding all around the GTA and Golden Horseshoe. On this week's Rock Star Minutes we chat with Mike Desormeaux to get a quick update on what he's seeing on the streets! The bottom line is we have a severe housing shortage here in Ontario and until the three levels of government get together to strategically tackle this, rents will likely continue to go higher than any of us can imagine.
