3. Referrals must be valid and confirmed by Rock Star in order to count toward your rewards. Rock Star reserves the right to disqualify referrals which it deems in its sole discretion to be fraudulent.
4. Any subscriber that refers fake emails will be disqualified indefinitely at the sole discretion of Rock Star.

11. This promotion is reserved exclusively to current newsletter subscribers. In the event that the referrer were to unsubscribe from the newsletter, their referral rewards balance and any gift not yet redeemed will be forfeited.
12. There is a 14-day redemption window for all referral prizes. Once that window has closed, your code will no longer be valid. If you reach out looking to redeem a prize for referrals garnered before July 30, 2024, Rock Star will be unable to honor those referrals.
13. Upon redemption, there is no guaranteed window of time for the delivery of your reward gift item. Rock Star will operate in good faith to fulfill gifts as quickly as possible.
14. All rewards, prizes, or gifts offered as part of this referral program have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.
15. Rock Star reserves the right to change, modify, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
16. The number of rewards available may be limited, and rewards may be available only while supplies last.
17. Rock Star reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and referrals before issuing any rewards.
18. Participants are responsible for any tax implications that may arise from receiving rewards through this program.
